One of the substantial players in the file-sharing market, BitTorrent is all set to start the trial of its blockchain-based live video and messaging platform. Tron owned company will start this trial from the 3rd quarter of 2019.
The news was shared via an official blog on the 27th of August. The blog post states, the platform is named Blive which has live streaming features and messaging services. Also as additional benefit users can access their activity status through a user relationship feature and a top user chart.
This poses a new future opportunity for investors and traders on such platforms as Bitcoin Loophole, if the project takes off.
The company has developed few versions of the platform naming Alpha, Beta & complete, and that is the reason the launch will take place in certain steps. All these platforms will be released between the 3rd quarter of 2019 and the 1st quarter of 2020.
The latest version to be tested is Alpha, and it is already been spread to a limited group of users, that can assess the utility before launching it at a global prospect. Along with the testing, the internal developments of the platform will also take place.
The platform has been made to facilitate a global base of users, and that is the reason it offers multiple payment and withdrawals methods. The platform offers payment options including cryptocurrencies Bitcoin & BitTorrent coin.
Also, the transactions from cryptocurrencies will be free from transaction charges. Apart from cryptocurrencies, it offers platforms such as GooglePay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, AliPay & Wechat.
